1、肺結核病患未完成治療原因探討Factorsaffectingthetreatmentfortuberculosispatients龔娟玉Chuan-YuKung大仁科技大學休閒健康管理研究所健康管理組學號：M95112023中文摘要結核病的發生有逐年增加的趨勢，是目前台灣最嚴重的慢性傳染病，結核桿菌經由空氣傳染，只要是需要呼吸空氣的人，都有被感染的機會，在台灣每年約有一萬五千名病例。在因傳染性疾病死亡的病例中，每年肺結核病人約一千五百多人死亡，仍佔較高之比例，是所有死亡原因中排名第十二位，超過其他法定傳染病死亡總數的兩倍；依疾病管制局資料顯示肺結核病人的
2、完成治療率在80％以下，為了因應完治率不高與結核病藥物抗藥性等問題，世界衛生組織極力推薦直接監督治療（DOTS）的方法，治癒率可達到95％。肺結核疾病要達到完治，病患需持續服藥的配合，在過去之研究指出，肺結核治療成敗的關鍵在於病患服藥的遵從性，而影響服藥順從性的原因除了病患自己本身對疾病的認知外、金錢、藥物副作用、服藥期間長、路程等都是影響治療成功與否的關鍵因素，假若病患沒有規則服藥，自行中斷治療，不僅藥效無法發揮，還可能產生續發性抗藥性結核菌。關鍵詞：肺結核、完治率、完治因素ABSTRACTThetuberculosisoccurrencehasyea
