4、olumewereanalyzedrespectivelyafter3months,6monthsand1yearoftreatment.ResultsThegradesofsymptomandthemaximalurinaryflowrateofthetwocontrolgroupswerebetterthanthoseoftheexperimentalgroupafter3monthsptreatment(P<0105).Therewerenosignificantdifferenceinthegradesof
5、symptomandthemaximalurinaryflowratebetweenthetwocontrolgroupsandtheexperimentalgroupafter6monthsptreatment(P>0105),whilethereductioninprostatevolumeoftheexperimentalgroupweregreaterthanthoseofthefirstcontrolgroup(P<0105).Thereweresignificantdifferencesinthegra
6、desofsymptom,themaximalurinaryflowrateandtheprostatevolumebetweentheexperimentalgroupandthefirstcontrolgroup(P<0105),butnosignificantdifferencesbetweentheexperimentalgroupandthesecondcontrolgroup(P>0105)after1yearoftreatment.ConclusionBenignprostatichyperplasi
7、acanbetreatedwithFinasterideandHarnalfor6monthsandthenwithFinasteridealone.KEYWORDS:benignprostatichyperplasia;Finasteride;Harnal摘要:目的研究药物治疗良性前列腺增生症的合理方案。方法对90例前列腺增生症患者分为试验组和对照组,试验组30例给予5A2还原酶抑制剂(保列治);对照Ñ组30例,给予A1A受体阻滞剂(哈乐);对照Ò组30例,给予保列治+哈乐。对比分析试验组与对照组患者用药3个月、
8、6个月及1年后症状评分、最大尿流率、前列腺体积变化情况。结果治疗3月后,2个对照组在症状评分、最大尿流率方面优于试验组(P<0105)。6月后,试验组与2个对照组在症状评分、最大尿流率方面无统计学差异(P>0105);试验组在前列腺体积缩小方面优于对照Ñ组(P<0105)。1年后,试验组与对照Ñ组在以上观察项目组间比较有统计学差异(P<0105),与对照Ò组
