1、我國耕地集約利用問題研究［摘要］耕地集約化利用則是當前我國人多地少、耕地面積和質量日益下降的時代背景下的必然要求和發展方向。本文以黑龍江省遜克縣為例，從投入強度、產出效果、利用程度3方面構建瞭適合縣域特征的耕地集約利用評價指標體系，從空間上對2006年遜克縣各鄉鎮耕地集約利用差異性進行瞭綜合評價。結果表明：遜克縣在耕地集約利用方面取得瞭一些進步，但由於經濟的快速發展，建設用地面積大幅增長，耕地非農化現象突出，農村勞動力將會逐步流向非農產業，導致耕地利用效率降低，同時由於自然災害、水土流失、農業結構調整等原因，導致耕地資源數量和產出水平有明顯降低，
