5、Rprimersand86.9%oftheISSRprimersKeywords:werepolymorphic.Thegeneticsimilaritycoefficients(GSC),genediversity(He)andCynodondactylonvar.dactylonShannonindex(I)were0.58–0.97,0.27and0.41,respectively,forISSRand0.52–0.97,0.29,Geneticdiversityand0.43forSSR.TheUPGMAanalysisclusteredthe55accessio
